Demo access and activity

We store your clinic name and email to prepare your demo and manage access. We record which demo steps you try, such as starting a booking or viewing a staff summary, to improve the experience. Symptom answers are excluded from engagement reports.

Your choices

Requesting a demo does not subscribe you to marketing. For access removal, deletion, or privacy questions, contact support@anitamani.com. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sign-in sessions expire after seven days. Demo invitations expire after 30 days unless renewed. Demo records and activity remain until removed by the team; contact us to request deletion. Data handling, retention, and service agreements are reviewed before any live pilot.
